Here’s the truth: I come from a long line of "strong woman" and there are many things that I have seen, heard and experienced in my life that don't require me to continue the cycle.
I had to make a several decisions about who I am and the life I want to live that looked different from my former "strong women" if I wanted to truly enjoy my life and the people in it.
So, I broke away from who and what I thought I was supposed to be and learned how to:
